Common questions

Built for the way hospitals evaluate new technology.

Can we begin with only one department?

Yes. The pilot and Department plans are designed for a focused rollout before broader hospital adoption.

Does SurgiTrail store patient information?

No. SurgiTrail is designed as a no-PHI training and competency platform. Case logs should never contain patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, or other identifying information.

Can each hospital use its own training standards?

Yes. Authorized hospital leaders can configure facility-specific modules, pathways, instructors, and competency expectations.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Hospitals can expand departments and user capacity as their SurgiTrail program grows.
